Our Methodology

The Trinergy Methodology has been developed over the last 30 years using the experience and learnings of all information technology projects delivered by Trinergy consultants. These projects have been across many industries, countries and technology platforms, and have ranged in size from smaller teams and budgets to extensive programs with longer time frames and large cross-functional teams.
Over the years, Trinergy has adopted many methods to assist with managing projects, and has found many useful and successful concepts:

However, these methods, although extensive, are often verbose, academic, require extensive documentation and do not offer end-to-end practical advice on the day-to-day challenges of running a successful project.

In determining what really has allowed Trinergy to deliver every single project on-requirement, on-time and on-budget, it was realised that a combination of targeted and well-timed techniques could form the basis of a generic approach that is simple to understand, rigorous, adaptable, scalable and repeatable. This is the basis for the Trinergy methodology. The Trinergy method allows the entire project to be managed and understood by the entire project team as the ‘single point of truth’. Without this, the project will unlikely be successful, and explains why so many information technology projects just do not deliver – they simply cannot articulate, convey and track the project in a simplified and consistent manner, that all stakeholders understand. |
